Design for Manufacture was a technical exploration of the injection moulding manufacturing process, ending in the manufacture of a mould tool and the production of small promotional injection moulded widgets.
The project took us through design of an item that could be effectively injection moulded, but also mould tool design including mould flow simulation and analysis.
