THE LIVING HISTORIAN

In the field of history, Milan combines his interest in academic research with experimental archeology through living history. Using original Second World War clothing, equipment and processes, he explores the role of the infantryman in the United States Army with particular focus on combat photographers.

Alongside other living historians, Milan's work has been recognised internationally. It has been commended by Regimental Associations in the United States and has created partnerships with museums and municipalities across Europe.
