Faience Bracelets

This matching set of bracelets is constructed using a square stitch with alternating rows of ceramic tubular beads. The terminals feature a twined linen cord for fastening about the wrist. Matching sets of bracelets, armlets and anklets are a common feature in both Middle and New Kingdom artworks and burials.
